Where can I find a metal computer floor stand?

I have been looking all over online with terms such as "stand" or "computer base" and, to no avail, could I find one to allow a Rosewill Thor V2 Full ATX case to sit ontop of.

Currently, it's sitting on the carpet, which is very awful at best. Where can I buy just a floor stand to hold my case up from the carpet floor?

Is there a material that's better for a tower to sit ontop of to generate less heat?

Go to Homedepot or Lowes and buy a sheet of 3/4" plywood. Paint it black and cut it to the size you need. Works perfectly. This is what I use.

Plywood would be best to provide maximum efficiency in terms of getting the most cooling at the base?

I will just end up buying the material at Lowes or Home depot like you said then if it is the best material to use for it.

Yeah, cooling at the base will be about the same no matter what material you use. You just seed a solid surface to hold the computer off the carpet. Wood works great for me.
