I'm trying to connect chromecast to my tv from my phone they asking for a network name and password for a 328 Element flat screen

Are you trying to say you plugged a Chromecast into your TV HDMI port and now you're trying to connect the Chromecast to the internet?

Whatever you may be trying to do (and I'm not going to concern myself with that) you will find network name (SSID) and WiFi password in the wireless section of your router's on-screen configuration utility.
