Where can i find overclocking option in asus z97-p bios

The problem is that i cant find overclocking option in my bios... Help?
And tell me what is good ghz for my cpu

So you are saying that you are unable to change CPU Voltage or the CPU Multiplier?

On the ASUS Z97-P you'll most likely have to go to the UEFI BIOS Utility, the manual that comes with your motherboard should tell you how to access that section.
