Where can i find RAM timings in BIOS on GA-M59SLI-S5?

I have just built a new system with this board and 2 GB of Corsair DDr2-800 cas4 RAM in dual channel and I've been looking to change my RAM timings from 5-5-5-18 to 4-4-4-12 in BIOS but i can't seem to find that option. All the reviews i've read for this board mention RAM timings and the ability to change them. Also, it looks like the memory is running at 400 mhz, not 800 according to CPUZ, it shows each stick at 400 mhz, how do i set it 800 mhz? Anyone know?

Well I just read that the menu is accessed by pressing crtl+f1
But as I'm not at home I can't test this.

If someone has any experience with this, I need to change my timings as well - is it hard to do?
