For CPU overclocking these MOSFETs are the only ones you need to worry about. You can use a single long cooler for the nine MOSFETs along the top right in the image.
There are a couple options depending on budget, and skill level. High end are Enzotech C1 forged copper 4 pin VRM coolers. They might be Cool Innovation now.
The next would be aluminum VRM heat sinks.
The last would be to cut up old GPU heatsinks to make custom sized/shaped solutions.
Do I really need those heatsinks? I could just use these ones on ebay. I know they are tiny, but I get 20 with free ship for a quarter of the price. Do I really need the ones you linked for good ocs?

Thank you so much for your help! I just have one more question, Do I really need the heatsinks you linked for good OCs? Could I just use the small ones on ebay I linked earlier? http://www.ebay.ca/itm/281523853309?rmvSB=true
I know they are small, but they are so cheap and have free shipping.

You can use any heatsinks that will fit. You can even custom make your own from extruded aluminum or copper if you want to.
I only provided links to some products as an example of what may be used.
