Where Can I Find Windows Error Log

i have been having windows Crashes and I heard that The Windows Error log can sometimes give useful information about stuff like that but I Don't know how to access it. Where do i find it on Win 8.1

If you are talking about the Event Viewer, you can just type "event" in the Windows 8.1 search.
