Where can I get a connector and lead for USB3 on M5A97 R2

Hi, I am trying to find the connector and wires from the M5A97 r2 Usb 3 (blue socket) to female USB 3 (to receive normal USB 3 male plug). My PC was set up weirdly currently with the front USB 3 inputs going all the way through the PC to the external USB 3 sockets! These could instead connect to the motherboards own internal blue socket, but I don't know where to get the right connector. What is the internal blue socket plug? I think there are 20 pins. Can it be made into Ann internal hub for 2 or more USB 3's?

M5A97 R2 has a single internal USB 3.0 connector support additional 2 USB 3.0 port (19-pin).

This header is commonly used to plug in the PC case front panel USB 3.0 cable.
