Where Can I Get A Job When I'm Only 13?

I don't care about pay too much as long as its ok anything above a pound an hour (that's how desperate I am) I love computers and computer hardware and have built my own PC but its hard for me to fuel my hobby as I have no way of making money, if someone would offer me something or point me somewhere I would be extremely grateful, thank you.

U.K. labour laws may deny you any work outside of a family business or mowing lawns or selling lemonade. I'm not familiar with those laws, so even what I just mentioned may not be possible.

I think I was around that age when I delivered newspapers for a bit. Other than that, there's stuff like mowing lawns, shoveling snow, etc. as mentioned above.

I live in like the middle and nowhere on a tiny street where everyone has got stone lawns and i cant really do newspapers because no one would want them and it never snows.

For any business, you have to fulfill a need. So, you need to create a list of everything someone in your neighborhood may need help with (that a 13 your old could do). Just to start you off: baby/child sitting, help with tending a garden, walking dogs, helping clean out a garage/basement/attic, etc. Ask your neighbors or your parent 's friends. And most important, if they don't need your help, ask them if they know of someone else that may need your help.
