Where can I get a mic/spk port for my front audio panel?

My spk port broke so I took out the plate it was held on. Next to the spk port was my mic port and the USB ports were on another plate. I was wondering where I could find a new mic/spk plate for my front audio panel. I have a Phanteks P400 case.
