Where can I sell my graphics card?

I would like to sell my gtx 970 for about 200$ but for some reason Ebay won't let me sign up because my zip codes won't match, so is it possible to sell a graphics card on here?

setup an Amazon Seller account if you think you may continue to unload parts over the years. have gotten good prices for ~50 items over the last couple years.
Amazon offers discounts when buying/printing your own shipping labels, has detailed info on almost any item in existence you can auto-include in the description, has 1000s of people shopping there at all times, can compare prices to what others have gotten for items, etc...
