Where can i send my xbox controller for pc to get fixed

My controller is broken the cord i think is damaged when i plug it in the whole computer turns off and if in safe mode it will flicker the green light.

Please Help

Buy a new XBOX controller, take both controllers apart, swap the internals, and then return the one with the new casing and old internals. Not like I would ever do anything like that 😀
