I am taking apart my old computer to sell the PSU, GPU, Motherboard, CPU and Case. I am however reusing my SSD and RAM. Where can I store these sefely so they are not damaged?

You want to use anti static bags, you can usually get them from a computer store if you don't have any laying around. If you have any computer shops see if you can beg off a couple of bags if you cant find any for sale. The plastic box the RAM cam in is perfect to put it in. Worst case, a small cardboard box would work so long as the RAM is in the box it shipped in.

If the "box" your GPU came in is the plastic box or bag it will be fine, as long as you have all of the original packing materials. Always use a properly grounded wrist strap when handling your electronics and place them in electrostatic protective packaging for storage.

NO. Foam is not anti-static. Styrofoam in particular generates static electricity, same for paper. If you don't have anything to store it in it would be best to just set the SSD on a shelf. SSDs are pretty static resistant anyway, as long as you don't touch the connector it should be fine.
