Where did it go wrong?

First build, did everything as was described in guides, so I thought. Pluged in my PSU and every LED turned on, hit the power button on my front panel and every fan turned on and additional lights turned on. I plugged in my display and it will not recieve a signal. I tried every different connection I could concieve (hdmi>m/b hdmi>gpu displayport>m/b displayport>gpu usb>m/b) nothing helped. what could the problem be, and if that is too big of a question to answer, how can i troubleshoot? thanks

Is there a LED that stays red when starting the board? If yes, which one?

there is a red led near the front panel pins and an orange led near the memory.

What RAMs using? Try testing different one. Make sure that it is properly inserted. Test each RAM slot.
