I have a repeater (RT-AC56U) that is in the middle of a firmware upgrade, and it's unable to access the online firmware file on it's own. The repeater prompting me to upload the latest firmware, but the ASUS site just has a utility program which are instructions on how to download apps from the app store, which don't seem to get me a firmware file.
If for some odd reason the firmware file isn't available anymore, can I do a factory reset while in the middle of a firmware upgrade? Otherwise I have no way of getting the firmware upgrade completed.
