Where do HDD LED cord and SW pos/neg cable connect?

I'm almost done with my computer build, I just have a few cords left to plug in. I don't know where to plug in the HDD LED and SW pos/neg cords on my ASUS z170 Deluxe MB however.

Side question: Where do my X61 cpu cooler fan cables and internal usb cable connect on this motherboard?

It shows 4 slots I can plug my fan cables into, does it matter which ones I use?

Chassis fans could be connected to any of the 4 ports. The fan (or fans) for your CPU cooler have specific connectors.
