Where do I assign tasks for a dual core?

I just built a dual core system and I am useing WindowsXP professional. I have heard about people who assign Windows to run on one CPU and have all the other programs run on the other. Where can I do this in WindowsXP? Acutally I would like to have Zonealarm, windows, and my screen saver to run on one CPU and have the other one completely free for programs.

That's done in the Task Manager's Processes tab (right click on the file's exe and Set Affinity). Pretty useless to do that though because Windows will forget the affinity each time you reboot. Instead, use THG Task Assignment Manager.
