Where do i connect card reader in to mobo?

So i installed new mobo a few weeks ago. Everything is working perfectly but my card reader is not working. i just wanted to confirm where do i connect the card reader into into the mobo. Basically the connector on the card reader is the same connector as the usb connecter. the slots that are open that i can connect the card reader into are F_USB3, COMA, F_1394 and F_USB2. F_USB1 is filled with the case USB. Im not sure which one to connect the card reader into because it basically fits into all of these inputs.

I have a gigabyte 990fxa-ud3.

Ok thanks. the card reader came with the comp so do i have to install a driver for it? I dont know what company it is, and i dont see a CD that came with it for the card reader.
