Here are the cables.

And here's the motherboard.

My motherboard only came with quick start guide back in the day so I don't have a manual.

How do you have the connected currently so that you're getting nothing but an electrical buzz through the head set?

That diagram's about as useful as, well, you know.
What I would GUESS would be the following, but again, how do you currently have it connected?

GND - Pin Out #2
Mic IN - Pinout Either 1 or 3
Mic BIAS - Pinout #6
Spkout L - Pinout #s 9/10
Spkout R - Pinout #s 5/7

I tried doing what that picture said before.
Do I need to restart my PC for it to take effect? Since i'm doing this while it's running.

And I have two GND cables, I just don't use the second one?

Got it working, I was confused of how do I put them in. I didn't know that you should put audio sideways. Thanks.

And well, everything's anti-static, the place where the PC is put on and my hands with a band. And the voltage on audio pins are just too too low to cause any trouble if anything goes wrong.
