I purchased the MSI MAG CORELIQUID 240R V2 AIO CPU Liquid Cooler to help with cooling. I have the Asus Prime H610M-K D4 motherboard but the only headers I see on it are the CPU_fan and CHA_Fan, there is no header for the PUMP ?

Yes, a SPLITTER is what you need. But watch for this: makers mis-label such items and use the terms SPLITTER and HUB interchangeably, and they are NOT the same. A SPLITTER merely connects several items to one fan header, so it has one input arm from the header and several outputs to fans etc. A HUB has those but ALSO has a third "arm: that must connect to a SATA power output connector from the PSU. You do NOT need a HUB.

Connect the Splitter to your CPU_FAN header. LOOK closely at the Splitter outputs. Only ONE of them will have all 4 pins - the others will be missing Pin #3. Connect your PUMP to the one with all 4 pins. Then connect your rad fans to other outputs. You PUMP is wired just like a 3-pin fan, so when you do this the pump will always run full speed as designed. The fans, however, are 4-pin PWM fans type and their speeds WILL be controlled by that header. Meanwhile the speed of the PUMP will be monitored for possible FAILURE, and warnings and action taken if that ever happens. However, the FAN speed cannot be monitored for failure, so YOU should check them from time to time to be sure they still are working.

When you make this connection, DO THIS. Go into BIOS Setup for the CPU_FAN header and make sure its MODE is set to PWM Mode, not to AUTO or VOLTAGE or DC.
