where do I connect the SSD on asus x99 A

Hello everyone

a stupid question , I got my SSD but not sure where to plug in the motherboard, (Asus x99-a/usb3.1), there are some black connectors and gray connector on the motherboard indicated for SSD, (SATA 6G 12/34/78/9,10). does it even matter which one I plug in?

If this is to be used as the OS drive (and it should be), whichever SATA port is lowest number. 0 or 1, from your user manual.
