We need to know what email program you are using... Outlook? Outlook Express? Windows 7 doesn't come with an Email program, does it? I think you have to buy Office, or use some other program. Of course, you can go to Yahoo or Hotmail or even Gmail and get a free account that you don't need any other software for. There is even Open Office......which is very much like Microsoft Office, but free!

Or was email working on Windows 7 - but now it's not?
