Where do I find the files for my operating system

I have a product key for windows 8.1, but I don't know where to find the files to install it on a new computer. I don't know if this is where I get it http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only I already have a disc ready to burn the iso file onto.

Did you buy the key/license from Microsoft? If not, I don't think people on this site can help you.

go to the site you just linked and follow the instructions.if you have a legit key you should be ok.
