Where do i find the system32 folder in windows 7

where do i find the system32 folder in windows 7 and i am still getting access denied in the users folder. can't view its content

C:\Windows\System32, if your system is on a drive other then C substitute it for the drive letter.

By default users individual folders are secured so that they can only be accessed by the users themselves. Not even administrators can access them unless they take ownership.

It's C:\Windows\System32 for both Windows 7 and Windows 8.
If you want to know what happens when you delete it please use a virtual computer.
