Where do I get boot disc for toshiba laptop?

My father's laptop crashed and was fixed. The people told him he needed to have the reboot disc. How do I get it for him? He is on a trip at the present time and I need to have the disc ready for him by August 1st.

Toshibas running windows Vista were shipped with a program installed that will burn your recovery discs for you. Open your start menu and type "toshiba recovery" in the search box and it should show in the menu. Click it and burn the OS discs and drivers discs. Should take about 4 DVD-Rs. This is assuming of course, when it was fixed that whoever fixed it did not restore the computer with a store bought vista disc.
