So the metal part of the headset that you plug into the pc is bent and i put it back to straight but now the noise is messed up. It produces barely any volume.... the wire got stuck in my chair wheel and when i went back it pulled it with the pc and the metal bit wasn't straight anymore.

Where do I go to fix this problem? These are £100 headset and i would like them fixed..

Solution
You can cut the end, and purchase a new end that you can solder on, as said (some are just simple crimps),
but if you're not comfortable with that, Google electronic repair shops in your area. I can't see it being more than 20 pounds
If they're under warranty you can see how forgiving/generous the manufacture is. They may also provide repair options. If not, then a simple google search will tell you how to replace the plug on a pair of headphones. You have to be handy with a soldering iron, but it's not difficult.
