I recently bought a noctis 450 but I can't understand how to connect the front-usb, leds and hd-audio plugs.

Motherboard is memphis-S and case is Noctis 450.

HDAUDIO goes on the yellow one labeled F_AUDIO. USB 2.0 goes on the one on the right labeled F_USB1. The Power SW and P-LED go on the front panel header, which is off the side of your pic, next to the SATA ports *I can't find a diagram to tell you exactly how they hook up though.) The other cables look like a fan adapter and an extension cable of some sort (can't tell without seeing the ends), and they look like extras in case you need them.

OK, the one is just a fan adapter, if you don't have a fan that needs adapting, you don't need it. Your front panel connection is apparently a standard layout, so it should connect like this:

So, power switch on the top row of pins (closest to the SATA ports) on the last two pins (closest to the blank space at the end of the top row.) The +P LED would go on the first pin on the top row, and the -P LED would go on the second pin on the top row. So, +P LED, -P LED, POWER SW, all on the top row (closest to the SATA ports.)

Can you post a pic of the whole motherboard? I can't find one on the internet big enough to see where the fan headers on it are, but there should be one close to the back labeled something like SYS_FAN, that would normally be where you would plug it in. If you already have fans plugged in to all the available fan headers, then use that adapter-you plug the fan into it, and plug it into a spare molex power connector from your PSU. Problem with doing it that way is your system is still likely to gripe about not being able to find the fan.

With power connected to the hub, it should. There's also the PWM cable that needs to be hooked to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard. That way all your case fans are temperature controlled.

I'm not sure what you're talking about. With all your fans connected to the fan hub, there shouldn't be anything hooked to the SYS_FAN header. The fans connect to the fan hub, including the CPU fan, which connects to the white header on the fan hub. The fan hub has a PWM cable that hooks to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard, and it has a power cable which connects to your power supply.

The CPU Fan isn't connected to the fan hub, but goes directly to the CPU_FAN (stock HP & CPU fan). The cable of the CPU fan isnt long enough to connect to the fan hub. I connected the PWM cable in the extension cable, because it was the only thing that seemed to fit

The extension cable hooks to the CPU fan, that gives it the length it needs to connect to the white header on the fan hub. The PWM cable then connects to the CPU_FAN header on the motherboard on one end and the fan hub on the other.
