Question Where do I order games from?

I noticed on eBay a lot of games were coming from Slovenia or Sri Lanka

.I was wondering if the CD key gets emailed or shipped?


Wondering where to get bf 4 and bf 1 from?

Hoping to get it for the cheaper the better so long as it doesn't take months to get here
