Where do I put my GPU on my motherboard?

You'll want to plug the video card into the long dark blue PCIe slot on the left side of the picture. It will take up a second slot below it, one of the light blue slots.

You will be able to plug your Wi-Fi card above the graphics card into the small dark blue PCI-e slot.

Oh thank you! I didn't know a GPU took up two slots? I havn't built it yet, but will be at Christmas (its a gaming PC for myself) and once I have built it I will save up for a decent GPU. Is the 960 better than a R9 280?

Actually, in my country (UK) the R9 280 is more expensive than the 960.
