Question Where do I put my usb/card reader connector on my motherboard?

I am building a new pc and the motherboard (MSI B450M GAMING PLUS) has 2 USB 2.0 headers but I am using both of them. I have one more connector which is labelled USB on the top and card reader on the bottom, where do I out this? I have the aerocool cyclon case if that helps.

If you are using both USB2 ports then you would have to add a USB card into one of the PCIe x1 slots. Your card reader could be USB3. There are a couple USB3 ports on that motherboard also.
