Where do I put the RESET SW and the POWER SW at?

It goes into your front panel connector on your motherboard. Power SW goes to the power switch(PWR SW) and reset is the reset switch (Reset).
What motherboard do you have?

Connect the POWER SW to the PWR_SW (the 3rd and 4th upper pins marked 'PWR' and 'GND', respectively); connect the RESET SW to the RESET (the 3rd and 4th lower pins marked 'GND' and 'Reset', respectively). Polarity does not matter as these are only contact switches. For the LEDs, however, you must ensure that + and - wires connect to appropriate + and - pins.

Right on the spot where the manual has Reset and Power at, should be with the lettering facing out.
