Where do I stick this?

Heh-heh-heh...before you all rush to answer... ;-)

I finally downloaded the CEP files from thesimsresource because every
object download was telling me I needed them. I set up the first file
as required, but I also downloaded something called the Excluded Objects
TXT and Excel File. My question is what do I do with this, or do I even
need it? I'm not going to color objects myself; I just want to be able
to download those I find on websites.

I didn't install that file and my objects show up fine. It's just a
readme file telling you what items can't be recolored. HTH
