By saying 'Motherboard Case Connectors' I mean the HDD LED cable, the reset switch cable, the power switch cable etc.

Here is picture of 'f_panel' pins.

They'll frequently silkscreen a pin-out legend in a clear spot in another area of the motherboad if the area where the connector is located should be really crowded. Look carefully all over... it might be inside a white silkscreened box.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from tomworthington2004.tw : "I still don't know where my 'f_panel' power connectors go"

Did the original Lenovo case have a reset button? I ask because not all OEM systems (Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc) have them. A reset button is not essential to the system operating properly.

With the previous provided info, were you able to figured out any of the pins? If so, draw a diagram of the pins you figured out and take a picture of the layout for us to look at. We can make some educated guesses where the reset pins might go.

However, from the diagram above and looking at some system pictures, a reset button may not be supported.

Here's the whole motherboard:

This looks to be a proprietary Lenovo board?
Notice the lack of a standard 24 pin block for the PSU.

What are you connecting this board to?
What case and PSU?

This is the solution:

My old case didn't have a reset switch, so there is not one in this diagram. My new one does, so I'll just have to leave it and have no reset switch. Everything else is on here though.
