[SOLVED] Where do you plug in chassis fan? PSU or Motherboard?

I have these 4x12cm fans, 3 on front-intake, 1 exhaust. All of them are molex connector which directly comes from PSU and I assume they will run on max curve all the time, right?

So, my concern is should I use these fans or look for another fans that is PWM connector from the motherboard?

(note: I'll be using this PC for gaming and some programming)

I would rather have PWM fans since fans running at max speed at all time would get very annoying, very fast.

Can I still control the fans using splitter? 'Cause there is only 1 PWM header.

Can you tell me what is that 3 pin header on the bottom left called "chassis"? Is it related to fan system?

That would typically be used for a case fan. Most likely that board would have more than 1 header labeled "chassis".
