Where does the Reset cable go?

ASROCK Z97 Extreme6 motherboard
For the System Panel Header: Where does the Reset cable go? It have GND on both sides of it. On the diagram it also says that it is Reset#...what does the # mean?

PLED+ | PLED- | PWEBTN# | GND | empty
HDLED+ | HDLED- | GND | RESET# | GND

Apparently it means "switch." If both pins around it are grounds, then you can plug the RESET wire into the center and either ground.
