Where Does This Cord Go?

So I have a B350 AM4+ Gigabyte mATX motherboard and installed it in a Cullinan Rosewill ATX case. There is one cord called "Fan Power Controller" and I have no idea where it goes. I have a couple of pictures below of it.

It says fan power controller, I think I realized that cord is supposed to go into the PSU.

So I plugged a molex cord into it, and when the PC boots the front fans don't work. So I had a male molex cord and 4 pin adapter and put that into it. I plugged the 4 pin into the system fan 2 label connecter on MOBO. The PC now doesn't turn on, and some fans work for 1 sec and whole system shuts down.

Thanks but I solved it, needed to plug all 4 fans into separate connecter then put the Fan Power Controller connecter to System Fan 1
