Question Where does this jumper go?

This piece fell out of my computer I have found out its a jumper but I already have a jumper installed my computer won't boot up since it fell out it just says the clock is wrong and when I change the time it sleeps comes back on saying the clock is wronghttps://elements.envato.com/computer-motherboard-circuit-jumper-bios-config-P9YT9L9 top picture is the same jumper I have that's fallen out
