[SOLVED] Where does this piece go?

I'm having trouble turning on my pc through the power button, right now I'm just using a screwdriver to start my pc. I'm pretty sure this is what will enable me to turn on my pc through the power button:

It looks like it was pulled out of the front I/O of your case.

It looks like an extension front panel cable to me, you follow the lines and you will find where the pins should go.

No, likely just became unplugged from whatever extension goes into the front panel.
