[SOLVED] Where else you can connect your liquid pump ?

Hello all,

I tried to find an answer but i couldn't find one.

So i have a Mobo, Asus Z270 Series and i want to know where else i can connect the pump because AIO Pump is on the middle of the mobo and i want to be more hidden.

The pump is what cools your CPU, which resides in the middle of the mobo. I don't believe there's anyway to connect the pump elsewhere and still have it cool the cpu.

Depends on the motherboard. Some motherboards have 2A headers all over, some don't.
Unfortunately, they don't always disclose that...

So i just need to look for a 2A header on this Asus Z270 Series Mobo's manual ?

Negative. The AIO_PUMP and W_PUMP headers are already 2A.
Some motherboards have 2A CPU_FAN and SYS_FAN headers, and some don't(just 1A).

This info may, or may not be in the manual.

Can anyone tell me what can i do about it then ? i dont want it in the middle of the mobo ... 1 wire... hanging.

A)If your motherboard is only specified to have that one 2A header, and the rest are 1A, then there's no where else to plug it.
B)If they're all specified to be 2A, you can plug it anywhere.
C)If the cooler has an option for a direct SATA connection, then use that, but you lose the convenience of being able to monitor pump speed.
