[SOLVED] Where i can find update for this BIOS?

i'm trying to chance my AMD athlon x2 64 +5000(dual core) for a AMD Phenon II x4 955(quadcore), but instead the PC runs slower, i searched i found that i need to update my bios, but i can't find anywhere (the original manufacturer got fused with another and now just offers a scam product)
My MotherBoard is a Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H(AM2+) and the BIOS is a Award Software International, Inc. F7, 31/12/2008

thanks, my problem is that in from Brazil, so my search is very portuguese related, even if i try to change -.-
anyway do you know which version is the best for the CPU i need?
EDIT: nevermind man, i downloaded the F11 (the other said it was a beta so i didn't choose) and now finally my pc seems to load everything 2 times faster(before the new one seemed to slowdown by 40%)
