Where i must start upgrading from?

I have a low level laptop (Samsung Np350xxx) with specs written bottom. I don't have a large budget for get new one, still i want to have faster responses and higher fps rates in photoshop and some games (currently 20-30fps). Don't need for pro system.

Can't decide which parts i must start from. Thinking to start from doubling ram, after that get ssd instead of dvd/rw slot. because i am having 30% cpu, 80% ram and %30-99 disk usage.

Specs:
i3-2xxx @2.4 Ghz Cpu
4 Gb 1333Mhz Ram
500 Gb @5400rpm Hdd
2 gb / 128 bit Radeon HD7670m Gpu

Get an ssd first. Doubling your RAM won't make it any faster. See if your laptop can support faster RAM if you want to increase memory performance.
