[SOLVED] Where in Maryland can you trade a PC?

I'm have a Dell Optiplex 9010 desktop I got from Blair Electronics refurbished. I got it a couple years ago and now that it won't be able to run Windows 11 I was wondering if anyone knew where around Baltimore Maryland they would trade that Dell and cash for a refurbished computer that could run Windows 11. I guess shops get computers and refurbish them so how do they get the used computers...I suppose they buy them and fix them up. I have an old computer so..any help?

Well they won't pay you much for it, they are in it to make a profit. You are better off selling on ebay or putting it on craigslist.

8th gen Intel or higher is all you need for Windows 11, but I will point out that there really is no benefit for older systems. Windows 10 still has support through 2025, just stick with it if it is meeting your needs.

If the system is doing what you need, just stick with Win 10. There is 0 reason really to go to 11, right now.
