Where in the world do these VCC Data cables go?

Motherboard: P8z77-v lk
Case: Sentey GS-6500 Burton Extreme Division (red)

I have a cable
VCC
Data-
Data+

then a second cable thats just Ground.

On the motherboard manual, the system panel connector only thing left is the speaker which is +5V, Ground, Ground, Speaker. But I don't think the VCC cable has to do with that. So where does that one go?
