Where is Base&Treble?

I see it in Advance Controls, but they don't work, won't move. Is it because I'm using a cheap Sound card or maybe I didn't install the sound right, because I didn't have the instruction to used and just fooled with it, till I got it to work. Now it has a lot of hissing, as if to turn down the treble. Music plays good, but the adjustment would be nice. Thanks

Most cheap sound cards don't support these settings.

You best bet is to get a better one, or look for newer drivers that have these advanced features coded in them (if they are even availible).
