where is better for games?

Im a gamer, so where will i be better off... in win xp professional or win2k pro? what OS offers better performance, compatibility?

I cant answer your question.
But i can tell you that i use Win 2k for everything, and have yet to find a single problem. Warcraft 3, Jedi outcast, even my old favorite Star Trek : BOTF from years ago works wonderfully.

i use xp and have no trouble, gta3 gave me some video problems but there is a fix from m$ that works great


how do you shoot the devil in the back? what happens if you miss? -verbal

In older games, WindowsSE should give u best performance.. however new games should be fine. If ur a gamer, I'd recommend XP...any casual reason why u wouldn't want to use XP tho?
