I'm having an issue with his Toshiba starting up. Sometimes it'll freeze at the Toshiba boot up screen, and sometimes it'll ask to change the time/date in the BIOS. I've read that the CMOS batter could be the cause, but I can't seem to find it on this model. I see a spot above the fan where there could be a battery, but I'm not sure what that is. Originally, I thought it was the HDD, but I swapped it out and had the same results.

some reports say this model does not have a CMOS battery fitted.
which means dont let the main battery get fully discharged
