Where is cool n quiet in B350 ROG?

Hi, I changed my a320mk and my stock cooler for a B350 ROG Gaming and a cooler master, but the temperatures are the same, and the processor is running to the maximum all the time. I had the cool n quiet option enabled in the a320 bios but I can't find it in this, is the PSS option?

I have:

Ryzen 3
GTX 1050Ti
Asus B350 ROG
Ballistix 8gb
Cooler Master T4
EVGA 500W

Are you overclocking the CPU above it's rated boost speed? If so: CnQ is disabled by design in Ryzen processors. Or so I'm told....

You might also try posting such a question in Asus' help forums. I know the MSI help forums have people with specific experience with MSI mobo's who're far more helpful; I assume Asus's is similar..
