Where is Internet Explorer Maintenance

I hope I get an answer from someone. The same problem has been repeatedly posted with no answer from anyone as far as I could search.

Where is Internet Explorer Maintenance in GPEdit?. Adding inetcorp.admm does not work, I get a "This is not for Windows 2000" message.

We need some more info here. Are you editing a local group policy, domain
group policy, what clients do you have, are you using the gpmc?
