Where is my hyperlink for internet explorer 9

I don't understand where my hyperlink tab is on my tool bar? I don't see the button for it. what can i do for this ?

Click "Start", type "Internet Explorer" into the Search box, then right-click on the IE icon that is shown and select "Pin to Taskbar".
