thank you, i have the phantek enthoo pro mYou appear to have one of Phanteks' 29 different case models (if it's a current model). It would probably be easier to get an answer, if you mentioned which model you have.
i have read somewhere last year that on the phantek enthoo pro m version (mine is the mid version) , there is a rgb built in hub for my case but i didnt want to put any more fans in so i just left it till now.Phanteks, on their product page doesn't show or mention any RGB controller.
Your first picture shows a fan hub, however the Phanteks Entoo Pro M doesn't have one included. The picture seem to come from Hardware Asylums review of a Phanteks Enthoo Pro Tempered Glass Edition.
this is teh manual that i found:Phanteks, on their product page doesn't show or mention any RGB controller.

hiMy answers are based on the info you provide.
In post #6 you said you have Phanteks Entoo Pro M (product code PH-ES515P), which can be upgraded with a fan hub.
In post #10 you provide a link to Phanteks Entoo Pro M Tempered Glass (product code PH-ES515PTG), which can be upgraded with a fan hub and some RGB products.
The cases are different models and have different features, however what you ask about are possible upgrades, not included parts. Please read the product descriptions for details.
i must apologize, i should have made sure to have the right model. My answers are based on the info you provide.

RGB control is optional and must be purchased separately.where is my rgb controller in my case?
oh that blue plug is the same as what is plugged into the rgb halos.Blue is floppy power connector.
Purple - can't really see. Looks like cable from Phanteks RGB LED Adapter

Did you mean this thing?oh that blue plug is the same as what is plugged into the rgb halos.
i find this very strange as both my rgb halo are connected to plug and they are working.Did you mean this thing?
Floppy power doesn't connect to those.
One end gets connected to motherboard rgb port, the other end gets daisy-chained to next rgb device.
If you force/connect floppy power connector to it, you'll probably burn it down.
