Where is the best and safest place to buy games?

I know this is a really annoying question but i'm a little new to PC gaming. I've already gotten a couple games from steam, but Battlefield 4 isn't on steam AND i already tried Origin but it they won't accept my card and i'm already mad at them for charging a dollar for each time i try to order with no return I might add. So, I need to ask the veteran PC gamers out there. Where can i safely buy Battlefield 4/Hartline for PC without any BS. Thnx

In short, you can't, the Battlefield series is an EA-published game. Whilst you can buy it from the likes of Amazon, you still need to install Origin in order to play it.

Just find a local store selling a physical copy of the game, or a cdkey for that matter. As long as you find somewhere that accept your card, any cd key will work on Origin granted it's legit.
